Alas, I look like Charlie Chaplin with it sitting atop my head. This ecru colored vintage hat looks to be beaver fur, felt or skin, but it is not marked as such. On the inside of the crown it is stamped "Grenadier, Imported Body, Made in Italy" it also has a label Jack Mconnell Boutique. The hat band is a ring of pheasant feathers and a long feather curling around to the back. this is approx. a size 6 or 22 1/2. It is in very good condition. A stunning vintage hat that would look amazing on anyone. It has an elastic chin strap. Ships with a hat box. Mr. Arnold Jr. - Circa 1950s Ladies Musketeer Hat Made in Austria Product Details   Circa 1950s Ladies Musketeer Hat Made in Austria, Mr. Arnold Jr. I love this vintage hat but I tell you, the label inside is pretty unique too. This is a Musketeer hat, that is the hat style and the material it is made of.... I guess, as I said, hats are a new area of study for me. The fabric is a short furry soft fabric. This wonderful vintage hat  has a label that indicates it is a size 22. The other label, Mr. Arnold Jr.'s label has 2 hand mirrors on it. This vintage hat looks like a "bowler" hat with a rounded crown and a short brim. It has a dark green grosgrain ribbon hatband. The crown is a medium green and the brim is a mustard yellow. This is a stunning hat and comes in a hatbox from "The Leader on the Avenue" Wyandotte Plaza. There is no staining or fading.
