I fell in love when I saw this amazing vintage china dinnerware by the French China Co. This is a vintage china serving bowl which measures 9 1/4"
x 7 1/4" this bowl has 12 sides. We have 2 of these bowls - one has some minor discoloration inside and trim color wear. The other has a chip on the underside of the rim and major discoloration on the inside. One of the pieces we have has the Martha Washington mark which I have discovered is a shape name. I do not know what this pattern name is, yet. This French China Co. pattern shows a peacock, some of the colors are gold, pink, red, blue, black and green. There is
a blue stripe in the bottom of the bowl and gold trim. It is beautiful. The photo above is washed out due to compression to get it online, the colors are very vibrant. There are no chips or cracks but there is some discoloration on the inside of the F.C. Co serving bowl and some wear to the gold trim color. Crazing. A wonderful vintage china find and we have several very unique pieces in this pattern. |
