these are correct, but the lights and shades of the various pictures and the ornamental words furnished to adorn the characters and events are the sole invention of this historian". Near mint condition, great color on cloth cover, very minimal wear to edge, tight binding, bright pages. An engaging effort of juvenile history from the turn of the last century. There are also inserts from Julien Bryan's 1963 film Africans All, Fishing on the Coast of Japan and The Ancient Egyptian with
photographs by Ms. Bryan. There is also a report from Sam Bryan. A very clean copy with a couple of light stray marks on the cover and a small indent on the top, tight binding, good corners and edges. |
