I recently received from my aunt a darling....creamer?...that was my grandmother's.  She was born in 1917.  In it was a note that she had written in 1931 stating that this was her great-great grandmother's.  WOW!  I sure would love to know who made it and when.  Thank you, thank you! 

Looking at it, it looks like the flowers are a decal put on under the final glaze.  I know nothing about such things, though.

Thanks again for your help...I stumbled upon this site as I was searching for clues!
