"USA" mark ball pitcher
«

My wife and I picked up an old dark brown with light lip ball pitcher at a yard sale. On the bottom, it is signed what appears to be "Orin Prief" on top of a "U.S.A." marking. I've spent over 2 weeks trying to research this online. I can't find any name that comes close to the marking/signature. Any help would be appreciated.

Could it be "Oven Proof", the glaze is called a drip glaze. Many companies made this type of item.

Michelle, I think you are correct. Someone had told us that it was a "signed" pitcher. I think you have solved the mystery "signature."
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my submitted question.
