I have a bread and butter saucer stamped UMBERTONE by SEBRING USA   warranted 22-k-gold  TOLEDO DELIGHT this plate also has PATENT APPLIED FOR stamped on back   the pattern is the same design as TOLEDO DELIGHT by LIMOGES     Can ANYONE supply info on this plate?Huh

On my website under the Marks and History section you can find information on the Sebring China Co.

The Limoges is probably the American Limoges Co.

If I remember correctly one of these companies bought out the other at some point in time this might be the reason for the same pattern design with different names. It was not uncommon to find the same decals used by a variety of companies.

Thank you for responding!!  Is the plate more valuable because it has "PATENT APPLIED FOR" stamped on back ? Have you seen any plates like this?

No that does not add to the value and yes I have seen a number of plates and other items with this marked on them.
