I have a figurine of an farm girl and a goose.  It has a Lefton Sticker but I see on KTs Added Values site a picture and references 6988 stamp on the bottom of the piece.  Mine has no stamped numbers only a sticker.  What is the likelihood that this is a reproduction?

The Lefton pieces I have seen all have a number of some sort on the bottom. It is quite possible that the sticker got placed on this for one reason or another.
