China Platte

I have just found a small approx. 9" plate with a marking on the back as follows (all with in circles)  "The French Saxon China Co., Sebring, Ohio; National Brotherhood-Operative Potters; Also in the center circle there appears to be a teapot & teacup with a Penguin? in between, I cannot read the tiny print underneath. 

On the front there a red roses & yellow flowers with green fern-like leaves and rose leaves around.  On the front rim there is gold fern-like plants. 

Can anyone give me some info on the above?
