A picture is worth a thousand words.

Homer Laughlin produced many patterns with a rose center. But I will try to help.
   'Georgian' is the plate pattern.
'Eggshell' is the basic plate color

The letter/number code  is their in-house code for the date/time and kiln lot
and does not really identify the pattern.

Your question says it has a rose center, but you do not specify what color rose.
Also your question says it has gold trim. Does that mean a thin gold line. or a wide gold filigree pattern??
Off hand your description could be one of the following patterns:
  HLC2225  or   HLC1645   or   HLC562    or   HLc3369   or  HLC474
  or   HLCG3331   or     HLCG3518

If you could post a picture with your question it will make identification easier.
