help me identify these two porcelain/ceramic baskets please

I have 2 blue and white ceramic baskets. They are decorated exactly the same;one is larger than the other though. There is a mark etched into the ceramic piece on the bottom. I can not tell if it is intials or a makers mark. It looks like RWJ, YMG,YMJ.. mm? It's small and it's hard for me to tell, because it looks like a scribble. I've attached a pic. There is a V written what looks like crayon on the bottom, but that was marked by the consigment store.
PLEASE HELP.. Any info would be appreciated.
